1750 Capistrano Ave

Nestled in the lower Thousand Oaks neighborhood, this Mediterranean style home has been in the same family for almost 50 years and is now ready for a new owner to bring their vision and enthusiasm. 1750 Capistrano greets you with a sweet balcony and covered front porch. Through the large front door, and beyond the formal entry, you'll find the sizable living room featuring a fireplace and a plethora of front windows, giving the space loads of natural light. The substantial traditional dining room leads to the eat-in kitchen, which is waiting for an update and possible connection/expansion into the pantry and laundry room, which provides direct access to the back patio and yard. Two lovely bedrooms and one full bathroom complete the home. Below the house is a full height garage and generous basement space, providing a great opportunity for potential expansion. Located just 2 blocks from all that Solano Avenue has to offer, 1750 Capistrano is a wonderful opportunity to create the home of your dreams, live in a quiet neighborhood, and have easy access to all of the amenities you come to expect in North Berkeley.
