5722 Sacramento Ave

A cool mid-century bungalow on one of the nicest blocks in the Richmond Annex, 5722 Sacramento Ave is a hidden gem! As you enter the beautiful custom made front door, the first thing you'll notice is the abundance of natural light, thanks to a large skylight centered in the living room. This space also features a distinctive wood paneled ceiling, beautifully tiled fireplace and classic hardwood floors. The recently updated eat-in kitchen offers space to dine but also an easy flow to the backyard for al fresco entertaining. Stepping out the side door, follow the path to a mature and landscaped yard featuring an apple tree and blueberry and raspberry bushes. Back inside, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom to complete the home. Laundry is located inside the approximately 250sqft attached garage, which can be used for storage or bonus office space. Located three blocks from El Cerrito Natural Grocery and less than a mile from the El Cerrito Plaza BART station, Ranch 99, and Bridges rock climbing gym, 5722 Sacramento allows you to live in a quiet neighborhood that is incredibly accessible to all the amenities you are looking for.
